Membership ensures privileged access to all our releases — from limited editions and large formats to historic vintages — always offered directly by the winery.
· Our wines travel widely, yet only a few ever gain direct access to the full portfolio.
· Certain references — such as PSOUL, our KORDE collection, large formats and historic vintages — are often held back exclusively for Allocation Members.
· Receive priority notifications for each new vintage, before they reach distributors or markets.
· Direct delivery within the European Union, managed personally by the estate.

Inside, you’ll find our current catalogue and your personal annual quota. Some wines may be on waiting list due to limited production.
Allocations are made on the basis of the length of time the person has been on the list and the recurrence of wine acquisition. Each request is studied on a case-by-case approach.
Before each new release, you’ll be personally notified by the winery with early access.
PINEA handles every step of your order and ships directly to your EU address under strict quality control.

Allocation Members may place their orders during three dedicated windows: The month of registration, April, and October.
These moments coincide with our spring and autumn releases, ensuring optimal availability.

FAQs
Is there an obligation to purchase?
There is no minimum purchase required upon joining. However, to keep your allocation active, at least one order per year is expected.
Allocations that remain inactive for over twelve months may be released to accommodate new members.
Which countries are eligible?
All member states of the European Union are eligible for direct shipping.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs depend on the size and destination of your order. These will be detailed in your allocation email before confirming payment.
What happens if a bottle arrives damaged?
Every shipment follows rigorous quality and temperature-control protocols.
In the unlikely event of damage during transport, please contact PINEA immediately — we will ensure the best possible resolution.
Can I return an order?
Returns are not accepted once the wine has left the estate, except in cases of damage or quality issues caused during transport.
What if a wine is sold out?
Sold-out wines will move to a waiting list. Allocation Members are always prioritised when availability resumes.
